I am very strict to myself on signing up early, logging on at least 30 minutes prior to raid invites, buying flasks/consumables and arriving at the instance entrance prior to invites.

-What is your attitude towards 'l00t'?:

Loot is obviously an important part of raiding, however it is still the “nice bonus” and not something to fight over. It is something we need to keep up with instance difficulty levels, nothing more.

Even though I am available to raid 7 days, I’m not willing to do such a thing, I will however be able to keep the 3 day per week schedule, fatal is providing.

My real name is Jeroen, I’m a social person that is always in for a good laugh (and a good, cold beer!). I play tennis, basketball and sometimes soccer, I go running at times too. I play the piano at high level and I intend to perform it professionally in the future. I like to compete against other people, especially in team. (Which is why I like pvp and arenas aswell!)

I am a calm and mature person, hard to get angry, easy to make laugh

1.The Druid position we have been recruiting for is a Tank/DPS role.

Ideally the applicant will have good tanking gear and the ability to switch to DPS when less tanks are needed.

What is your tanking experience and at what level is your gear?


2.We also have a strict rule on age 18+ but admittedly this rule has been 'bent' in the past with exceptional applications that appear mature and well written.
Obviously our concerns with younger players (from past experiences) are: not showing to raids, not signing our weekly raid rosters, immature behavior, having to leave raids early due to bedtime restrictions from parents, not starting raids ontime due to 'dinner times' set by parents etc etc.

We are not tarring an entire age group with the same brush (hell this happens with people in their 20's 30's 40's + lol) but this is just a more typlical trend we've seen over the years with young players. We're presuming non of the above applies to yourself?

First of all, thanks for the fast reply.

Concerning your question, I have tanked heroics before and can perform as tank (switching spec, gear, gems and enchants) at early naxx10 level, no further.

I am however not so keen on tanking, and prefer the role of dps or healer, if tanking is the only option I have to be able to join, I'd go for it though

Concerning my age, I have carefully considered your raiding scheduel, and (exceptions bearing in mind), there's no problem with it. It's been years since I had bedtime restrictions and I am more or less considered an adult already.

Unfortunatly I've got some bad news

Something private came up that makes me unable to keep to your raiding scheduel.

It's a sad thing to find a perfect guild, and then things like this come up and ruin everything.

However, I wish you good luck in finding a replacement for myself

Like I said minors are just 'statistically' unreliable or likely to quit at the drop of a hat. If you want the honest truth all you've done is wasted all our time by us having big discussions about weather to recruit you in the officer section, and then there's the time-lost when we could have still been trying to recruit someone reliable.

I suggest you and anyone else reading this would please read our application thread properly before wasting our time.

-We don’t want members who join, pick up loot, then use us a stepping stone to another guild.
-We don’t want players who are going to quit playing as soon as summer arrives or plan to stop playing in 3 months.
-We don't want unreliable people
