Raid Experience

Vanilla WoW 1.0+ : was only lv 60 a couple of weeks before BC came out, so only a couple of bosses.. nothing cleared

The Burning Crusade 2.0+ : all but last boss MH and shadow council

Wrath of the Lich King 3.0+ : naxx10, VoA10+25, Onyxia 10+25

-What is your attitude towards raiding? This includes signing up, preparation and during a raid:
preparation, like reading tactics etc is 50% of downing the boss.. my attitude during raiding is serious on the fight itself, but always in for a joke when not in a fight

-What is your attitude towards 'l00t'?:
cant say i hate it, or i would be wearing greens , it helps me kill the next boss easier,
but skill>gear anyday.

i read wowforum , wowikki, mmo-champion (for oncomming changes), and mainly bosskillers to see what my role is on certain fights

Guild History

Previous Guilds: FEAR (darkspear), Fear( Silvermoon), Tikipoko, and atm Dutchwarriors
(first 3 is actualy same guild, different name)

Reason for leaving the most recent guild you were a member of:
Well atm i am playing my Healadin, helping out with the lack of healers,
but my heart set on mage,wich they have enough off.
second reason is , its a social guild mainly, tought it would be easier after my son was born, but i miss raiding too much.

I know my gear still needs work, but i know my class well.

I'm an experienced raider as a mage, and loyal to people i respect.

Just a couple of quick questions. We have a strict rule about people raiding in 2 guilds. Will you be planning to move your healadin here to Fatal should you pass your trial?

We are a very tight group of raiders in that we haven't over recruited to ensure we rarely have any of our core raiders missing a raid. The main reason for this is so we all work well together and also because we only raid 2 days (25 man). You would be expected to raid 100% of our 25-man raids, Monday and Wednesday, (obviously birthdays and unavoidable RL issues are excused as long as it doesn't become a regular thing).
Would this be a problem?

Atm i play almost every day, done so for last 3 years and dont see that chancing . Ive raided on my own b-day and gf b-day for last years ( took me a couple of weeks fight tough ) ( not gonna raid on her b-day again tough )
In the last serieus raiding guild i had an attendence of 98%, raiding 5 days a week, over a period of a bit more then 2 years.
So it shouldnt be a problem getting 100% attendence when raiding 2 days a week.
For the healadin, i didnt see anything about ur policy about alts. If its possible i would like it in the same guild as my main.
